Welcome to Mack and Hansen Orthodontics

Our mission at Mack & Hansen Orthodontics is to be, first and foremost, loving people who are committed to building up every single person we come in contact with. We don’t see ourselves as a business or a company, but as a team of advocates for our patients, their families, and our communities.

While straightening teeth and aligning bites will be our job, inspiring goodwill and elevating others will be our livelihood. We will be the world’s best listeners to those who need our attention and the world’s loudest cheerleaders to those who need our encouragement. We’ll meet selfishness with generosity, coldness with warmth, and we at Mack & Hansen Orthodontics will treat others how THEY want to be treated. Always.

Dr. Spencer Mack and Dr. Andrew Hansen believe that everyone deserves to have straight teeth, a comfortable bite, and a fantastic smile.

Worth the Drive from Gilmer, Kilgore, Hallsville, Marshall, Henderson and Mount Pleasant

We're in network with insurance, and every visit is built to be efficient and quick.

We are here for you, whether you're in Longview or driving in from Kilgore, Gilmer, Marshall, Henderson, Mount Pleasant or Carthage. Families come to our Longview office from all over East Texas for a one-of-a-kind experience. Your initial consultation is always FREE and includes 3D scans and x-rays, and if you're ready, we can put braces on or start Invisalign the same day, so you don't make a second trip. After that, braces visits are about every 8 to 10 weeks, and Invisalign gives you even more flexibility, with check-ins about every 16 to 24 weeks.

We make treatment affordable too, with LOW down payments and payment plans as low as $125 a month. Between visits, our Patient Hub app makes the rest easy: schedule and reschedule, message our team, make payments or set up autopay, and print school excuses and HSA/FSA receipts, all from your phone. No extra trips or phone calls for the small stuff.
